Prostate Cancer - structured pathology reporting database

Structured Reporting of Prostate Cancer (Radical Prostatectomy) using a standard protocol re-constructed in FileMaker database. The database Prostate Protocol records answer data for 58 questions in 5 groups. Data is recorded for patient identification, observations about the clinical specimen, macroscopic and microscopic findings of the prostate specimen, and prostate tumour stage. The completed data is reported as print or PDF output.
