Formatted Structured Pathology Report Example
Once the Pathology Protocol answer data has been entered in the Pathology Reporting Tool database, the structured pathology report data can be reported in 'formatted' or 'unformatted' pathology report styles; either output style can be printed, or saved to the desktop as an automatically name_urn encoded (surname_urn.pdf) PDF file.
The database currently provides structured pathology protocols for reporting Primary Cutaneous Melanoma, Colorectal Cancer, Lung Cancer, Prostate Cancer (Radical Prostatectomy), Tumours of Haematopoietic and Lymphoid Tissue, Central Nervous System Tumours, and Renal Parenchymal Malignancy. The Melanoma pathology report example below uses dummy data.
